Like the previous one, the second issue of Research 2016 is also dedicated to the integration of school, training and the world of work. In the editorial of the previous issue, the main dimensions, among the many, involved in this integration process were described, which in recent years in Italy are increasingly overlapping the school-work alternation process. These dimensions are: pedagogical-educational, psycho-social, organizational and normative-procedural. In the previous editorial the psycho-social dimension was discussed by introducing the articles in question. In this editorial we will focus on the organizational dimension to outline the links with two other themes considered important for the success of the integration process: learning transfer and innovation.
