This issue of RicercaAzione, the first of 2015 and of the new editorial course, updates the studies on school leadership through a literature review, a series of empirical studies, three international contributions.
The articles are based on the research "Leadership and improvement processes in schools", promoted by IPRASE in the 2013-14 school year, in collaboration with the Department of Business Sciences of the University of Bologna. The project falls within the aims of IPRASE's 2014-16 strategic plan, with specific reference to the goal of training organizational skills for school improvement.
