Abstract

The report, drawn up by the European Eurydice network, provides an overview of educational structures and policies that influence equity in the school environment in relation to student achievement, also examining the data emerging from international surveys on student evaluation (PISA, PIRLS and TIMSS). By assessing 42 European education systems, the report identifies which policies and structures are associated with higher levels of system equity in relation to student achievement.
