The paper reports on the international conference "Alla Ricerca della Formazione perduta", organized by CRESPI in Bologna on March 27–28, 2025, at the DAMSLab venues. The conference, which welcomed 240 participants, served as an opportunity for dialogue between researchers and teachers (including early childhood educators and educational practitioners) about the Research-Training experiences carried out together in recent years. It also included sessions devoted to international experiences and to reflecting on the meaning of conducting research in schools and in collaboration with teachers.
