Abstract

Technologies and the web take up an increasing amount of time in our lives, even more so in the period of health emergency. If previously there were elements of educational attention, distance learning and necessarily virtualized relationships have helped to normalize addictive behaviors to devices connected to the network. Today parents and teachers seem less worried of what kids do on the internet, but the problem does not go away when it is misunderstood. For the above reasons, the ULSS 9 Company of Verona activated in 2020, on an experimental basis, a service aimed at promoting the informed use of devices connected to the internet and to deal with any risk situations.
