Abstract

The operational translation of the idea of continuity between nursery school, kindergarten and primary school passes through delicate transition processes, already analyzed in several international studies in the education. This article considers the contrast between two paradigms: school readiness and ready schools, identifying in the educational model of primary education master courses a possible operational key to facilitate a paradigm shift that allows to focus on students’ educational needs.
