Abstract
The emotional impact of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict was very strong in the Mantuan territory: the area has been undergoing a strong immigration process for decades. In the classrooms the presence of students of both Russian and Ukrainian origin is significant: in the emergency, it was a question of integrating the principle and the connected practice of welcoming with the need to mediate and provide support for a deep understanding of facts and events.
