Have a place in the teacher's mind

Abstract

"Everyone grows only if dreamed", is the title of the IPRASE 8/2018 Working Paper edited by Fabiano Lorandi and Maria Arici; at first sight, if you don't recognize Danilo Dolci's phrase, these words arouse astonishment: what do they mean? Yet, after a few moments, they reveal their meaning which is doubly projective. Each student must have a place in the mind of the teacher who must imagine him growing and in the future; at the same time the teacher's mind must project itself into the future, imagining, dreaming what will make his students grow and at the same time himself, because as a professional, dynamism and the possibility of change is the fundamental dimension of professional growth.
