Promote skills for a democratic culture at school

Abstract

The "Reference Framework of Competences for Democratic Culture" (RFCDC), developed by the Council of Europe between 2016 and 2018, provides a systematic approach to teaching, learning and assessment of competences for a democratic culture, to their introduction into educational systems and proves to be a useful tool not only for those involved in educational policies, but also for managers and teachers.
