This issue begins with dealing with the subject of the reform of study plans in the Province of Trento. This reform initiated by the Autonomous Province of Trento in 2009 starts with the idea of ​​organizing the path of students in two-year courses and curricula articulated by skills, abilities and knowledge. The competences are established centrally for all schools in Trentino. The provincial documents establish a first list of knowledge and skills which are subsequently articulated by the schools within each two-year period thus defining the Institute Plans, that is, the school curricula which are then validated by groups of disciplinary experts.
