Research-based Teacher Professional Development enhancing pedagogical approaches in School Cooperative Associations (ACS)

Abstract

School Cooperative Associations (ACS) were an original initiative for cooperative education launched by the Federation of Trentino Cooperation. Through a Research-based Teacher Professional Development (R-TPD) approach, starting from a problem identified by teachers, a support pathway was activated to define research hypotheses and actions aimed at enhancing the educational quality of the ACS experience.
